Energetic Protection for Sensitive People

Whether one considers themselves sensitive or otherwise, the fact is that we come into contact with various energies when we interact with other people or environments. Some of us only notice the effect when energies are stronger or more intense, while others of us may be very strongly or easily affected, which can make some aspects of our life quite challenging.

In this workshop we will go over a few physical tools, as well as learn and practice various energetic techniques so that we can feel safe, secure, protected, and at ease when we go out into the world.
