Spiritual Hygiene 1: How to Clear My Energies

In our daily life we have various cleansing rituals. We brush our teeth, take a shower, wash the dishes, etc. What about our spirital self and our energetic aspects? Just as physical bodies become grimy or our spaces get covered in dust, our energy bodies also pick up things as we go about our days, which means we have to clean those non-physical parts of ourselves too. Especially when we've had emotional or challenging days, confrontations with others, or simply been around 'negative vibes'. Unfortunately, most of us were never taught how to do it. In this workshop we'll go over a variety of tools and ways to clean and clear our energy field of low vibrations and other people's gunk.
